Green Industry Continuing Education Series (GICES) is a new offering of University of Nevada Cooperative Extension. Its goal is to provide current, accurate and useful information to Nevada’s green industry in a way that respects green industry members’ fast‐paced schedules.

Informational sessions are one‐hour, provide valuable information, and Continuing Education Units and are offered on topics relevant to YOU.

Can you tell a bug from a beetle? The vast majority of insects in the landscape do no harm, and many even help control pest insects. Join us to learn how insect biocontrols work, and how to identify the 10 most important beneficial insects in northern Nevada.

Participants may attend in our Reno office, 4955 Energy Way, to view the presentation live. Attendees may participate in the presentation via videoconference at our Carson City office, 2621 Northgate Ln., Ste. 15.
