Learn the secrets of high desert gardening
The next Grow Your Own offering will be Spring 2021 (no fall session, sorry!)
University of Nevada, Reno Extension is offering sixteen “Grow Your Own, Nevada!” classes in spring and four classes in fall statewide to help Nevadans who want to get on a path to more sustainable, local, healthy living by growing and preserving more of their own food.
The workshops will provide gardeners and those interested in growing healthy foods with a “back-to-the-basics” guide to great harvests in Nevada.
Spring 2020 Class Topics
Classes are only held via Zoom video conference for the Spring 2020 session!
In light of developments regarding COVID-19, the Grow Your Own, Nevada! spring class series will be offered for free in an online format in lieu of in-person classes. Correspondingly, all class fees will be refunded to those that have already purchased tickets.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to (virtually) see you at Grow Your Own, Nevada! soon.
